Gambian Association of the Deaf & Hard of Hearing

GADHOH is a Non Governmental Organization in Gambia, established and registered in April 1992 by a group of deaf and hard of hearing people assisted by some hearing sympathizers.

The mission of the organization is the creation of a society in which deaf and hard of hearing people participate fully as citizens of the nation and enjoy all benefits of such citizenship on a fair and equal basis.

The program of GADHOH contains education, social activities and information of services such as health, communication, law etc. All together the organization is creating a development process that integrates deaf and hard of hearing people in the society.
